This 1,000-yard residence was designed and constructed by our team from the ground up, allowing complete control over its architectural and interior identity.
The home’s defining feature is a central ground-floor swimming pool, positioned at the heart of the layout so it can be enjoyed from nearly every major living space.
A large skylight directly above the pool fills the interior with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere while enhancing the home’s modern architectural character.
The residence features 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, theatre, gym, prayer area, multipurpose hall, and lift, offering a luxurious and functional lifestyle.
