This 10,500 sq ft residence features architectural enhancements and a complete interior transformation, combining refined materials, thoughtful spatial planning, modern furnishings, and subtle elevation improvements to create a sophisticated, contemporary home tailored to the client's lifestyle.

This 666-yard residence was handed over to us at the structural stage, allowing our team to develop the complete interior design and furnishing from the ground up.
A modern and cohesive design language was introduced throughout the home using refined materials, balanced proportions, and thoughtful spatial planning to elevate every space.
Minor yet strategic architectural changes were made to the original elevation, enhancing the exterior’s visual presence while adding long-term architectural value.
The completed residence features 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, an open courtyard, 4 lounges, an office room, and a game room, delivering a refined and functional contemporary living environment.
All furniture featured throughout the project is by Contradictions, completing the home’s premium luxury interior.
