Major structural modifications included revamping the elevation, increasing the height of the family lounge by cutting into the roof slab, and introducing a glass-covered roof opening overlooking the pool as a standout architectural feature.

The refined elevation gives the exterior a fresher, more contemporary character, while luxurious interiors, clean lines, and carefully curated finishes create a cohesive modern living experience.

The residence features 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, a theatre, swimming pool, gym, and poker room, offering premium amenities within a thoughtfully designed home.
