This 8,500 sq ft coastal residence was designed and constructed from the ground up, featuring modern architecture, custom interiors, refined materials, a central pool, and thoughtfully planned spaces that balance luxury, functionality, and contemporary living.

This 500-yard coastal residence was designed and constructed by our team from the ground up, with complete interior design and custom furnishing executed under one cohesive vision.
Every space is thoughtfully detailed with clean lines, balanced proportions, and refined material selections that create a modern and elegant living environment.
The ground-floor pool serves as the visual centerpiece of the home, overlooked by the kitchen and surrounding living spaces to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor areas.
The residence features 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a pool area, a multipurpose hall, an open courtyard, and two separate entrances, including a dedicated exterior entrance to the basement for guest access.
All furniture featured throughout the project is by Contradictions, completing the home’s premium luxury interior.
