The Brief
This 9,000 sq ft residence underwent a complete architectural, structural, and interior transformation, featuring major structural modifications, a dramatic skylight, redesigned interiors, and contemporary furnishings to create a modern, future-ready living environment.
- This 1,000-yard residence, originally built years ago, was fully redesigned after being acquired by the new owner, transforming both its architectural character and interior experience.
- The renovation included a major architectural and structural overhaul, involving the demolition of existing beams and pillars, the introduction of new metal structural members, and a complete reconfiguration of the home’s layout.
- Ceilings, flooring, and wall panelling were fully redesigned, while a dramatic skylight—created by cutting into the roof slab—became the focal point, allowing natural light to cascade through the heart of the residence.
- The completed home features 2 floors, 7 bedrooms, 3 dining rooms, and a dedicated kids’ room, blending bold structural redesign with refined interior detailing for contemporary family living.
- All furniture featured throughout the project is by Contradictions, completing the home’s premium luxury interior.
