The Brief

This 8,500 sq ft residence was transformed from the structural stage with refined exterior enhancements, complete interior design, custom furnishings, and thoughtful planning, creating a modern home that balances architectural elegance, comfort, and functionality.

This 500-yard residence was handed over to us at the structural stage, where we completed the exterior finishing, full interior design, and custom furnishing with a cohesive modern approach.
Subtle yet strategic modifications to the original elevation enhanced the home’s architectural presence while adding long-term visual value.
The interior is centered around a beautifully crafted staircase connecting all levels, complemented by a dedicated prayer area that adds a sense of tranquility to the home.
The residence features 3 floors, 7 bedrooms, a private pool area, lift, courtyard, prayer area, and gym, including a basement master bedroom overlooking the pool for a unique leisure experience.
All furniture featured throughout the project is by Contradictions, completing the home’s premium luxury interior.
